Cancellation policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Fusion Skin GmbH, Röntgenstraße 30, 72108 Rottenburg am Neckar, Germany, Email: info@fusionskin.de, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website (http://www.subaru-genuine-parts.de). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your cancellation (e.g., by email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, cost-effective delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds for returned goods: - Unopened goods with original packaging: 100% refund of the purchase price - Opened goods with missing original packaging: 80% refund of the purchase price - Damaged or defective goods: 0% refund of the purchase price Exclusion of the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts: • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, • for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature, • for the supply of goods that were ordered and manufactured directly according to the customer's wishes.
